Under the sea cake smash {Brevard County Children Photographer}

Turning one is  a big deal. The celebration is not only for the child bu also for the parents. Especially first time parents. It's like a right of passage. They survived their first year of parenting. They grew in so many ways, learned many new things, and fell more in love with their sweet baby. And the child goes from infancy to baby to toddler over the span. Sleep habits change, eating changes, playful interaction gets more exciting and new skills like talking and walking start to take root.

So to celebrate a cake smash session is ideal. This allows the parents to take in the moment, have a beautiful set up without the distractions of party goers and amazing memories captured by a professional.

With every cake smash session you also get the smash in the tub for clean up. I take care of the set design and clean up. This was a fun one to get creative with. Mom wanted an under the sea finding dory theme. So I saw on another site that you can take spray foam and make coral reef. So I got all crafty and made some coral reef then I spray painted it bold colors and created an under the sea vibe right in the studio.This little guy preferred the splash time over the cake smash.Nonetheless, this was still a fun set to create.
