These days there are so many ways to research names and meanings. You can be traditional and use family names or stick with the common ones from when you were growing up. Or you can be trendy and use an app that tells you new names daily. I even like the tinder style app that lets you swipe the ones you don't like and keep the ones you do, then you can compare the list with your significant other. I always love hearing from the parents how they came to name their little ones. If you sat in my studio for a moment, then you know how my son Calvin's name came to be.....but that story is for another day.
Regardless of how you named your child and where you discovered the name you choose, I wanted to compare "their" list with mine. Mine is compiled from the name of babies I had the pleasure of capturing and "theirs" is from the Social Security Admin.
