Christmas Mini Session {Brevard County Photographer}

This year was by far the craziest year ever. It still does not feel like Christmas. Ever since Hurricane Irma, I feel like everything has been off...anyone else relate? Well I know one thing is for sure the weather has been off. It has been a nightmare to be honest. I have lived her my entire life and never had this much rain during the "fall months" It is absolutely crazy.

Ordinarily I wouldn't complain about the weather, but when  you are set up for outdoor sessions and you have multiple sessions in one day, you begin to stress. My calendar was already crazy full from having to reschedule all my other sessions, and now the mini sessions would be rescheduled too. Thankfully everyone was VERY understanding and flexible. I was able to move some indoors which worked great for their little ones, and others were able to reschedule on the same day to make my life a little less crazy.

In addition to weather, there was concerns of flooding at the one park and a tree timing crew at the other park. I can't make this stuff up!

Regardless, I loved seeing everyone and capturing this special time for them. The magic of Christmas and the most important thing of all...family. So glad seeing all their cute smiles could erase the stress of everything else. I have some of the cutest clients!

Meet Baby Timmy {Brevard County Newborn Photographer}

Just a few weeks after I photographed their beautiful maternity session, sweet Timmy came into this world. He is already so loved my his sweet family.

We had a great session. Dad was at a conference for work and with the Thanksgiving holiday, our best time to do these was the same weekend. Since mom had advocated for me as the photographer, she really just wanted photos of her sweet baby, but we managed to get big brother, mom and grandma in there too.

Timmy was the most alert baby I ever had. Seriously. He ever made eye contact. He didn't want to miss a thing. Usually when babies are wide awake like he is they want to be wrapped an snuggled otherwise their arms are flailing and they get upset. Not in his case, he let me do all my poses with him wide away. He would even look at the camera when it was time for me to take his photo.

To think a year ago I would've been stressed out over an awake baby and now I am able to create these amazing images for mom to cherish forever. It is always a joy to be able to provide that for my clients. And it is great to see growth over the years. I look forward to creating  more memories for this family and more.

Meet the Caples Family {brevard county family photographer}

I met the Caples family earlier this year when Logan celebrated his one year milestone. We did a cake smash session in my garage *gasp*. This was before I had a studio space. So I made do with what I had. Then I ran a special and Melissa wanted to take advantage of it for Family photos. Who knew that everything would try to prevent this from happening.

It took us not once or twice to reschedule but 5 times! Crazy right. We couldn't make it up if we tried. There was everything from personal things, a hurricane, sickness, and rainy windy weather. BUT we finally made it happen and it was perfect. We had a beautiful evening with great weather and amazing photos. Such a beautiful family!
